Disclosure of Personal Information

Service Providers

We share information with vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, security, and customer support. These parties are contractually obligated to use personal information only as necessary to provide services to us.

Advertising and Analytics Partners

Where applicable, we may allow advertising and analytics partners to collect or receive certain information (such as identifiers and internet activity) to provide measurement services, personalize content, or deliver ads. Depending on your state, this activity may be considered a “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described in the Your Privacy Rights section.

Legal and Compliance

We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request; to protect the rights, property, and safety of Idaho PTAC, our users, or others; or to enforce our agreements and policies.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or other corporate transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations; resolve disputes; and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by category and context. For example, basic analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months; newsletter subscription records are retained until you unsubscribe or your request is fulfilled; and server logs are typically retained for operational and security purposes for a limited period unless needed longer for investigations or legal obligations.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your U.S. state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, and portability; to opt out of certain processing; and to appeal denials. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA) and Notice at Collection

Categories of personal information we may collect include: identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP address, wallet address you provide), internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data derived from IP, and inferences drawn from the foregoing to personalize content. We use these categories for the business purposes described above, including providing services, security, debugging, analytics, internal research, and quality improvement. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law and, in the ordinary course, do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may “share” personal information (such as identifiers and internet activity) with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of this “sharing” as described below.

Retention: We retain categories of personal information for the time periods described in the Data Retention section, which reflect the time needed for the purposes disclosed at or before the point of collection, and to meet legal obligations.

California residents may exercise the following rights: (1) Right to Know/Access, (2) Right to Delete, (3) Right to Correct, (4) Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing, (5) Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (to the extent applicable), and (6) Right to Non-Discrimination. To exercise these rights, see the Exercising Your Rights and Verification section.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah Residents

Residents of these states may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal information, as well as to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. We will honor opt-out signals and requests as required by applicable law.

Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information. Although we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law, you may still submit an opt-out request using the contact methods below.

Exercising Your Rights and Verification

To submit a request, contact us at [email protected] or by mail at: Idaho PTAC, c/o Elizabeth Meléndez, 1601 Darby Rd, Havertown, PA 19083. Include your name, state of residence, the right you wish to exercise, and sufficient information for us to verify your identity. We may request additional information solely to verify and process your request. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent’s authority and your identity.

Appeals Process

If we deny your privacy request, you may appeal by replying to our decision notice or emailing us at the address above with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to your appeal and the reasons for our decision.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers transmit Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Our website does not respond to DNT signals at this time. Where required by applicable law, we process browser- or device-level opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as a request to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for the browser or device that sends the signal.

Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for securing your devices and wallets.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided us personal information may contact us using the information below.

International Users

Our services are intended for use in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other locations with data protection laws that may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services, including exchanges, airdrops, educational content, or community platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Any information you provide to third parties is governed by their policies, not this Privacy Policy.

Community Features and User Content

If you submit content (such as comments or project listings), the information you choose to disclose may be public. Avoid sharing personal information that you do not wish to be publicly accessible, especially wallet addresses or other identifiers that could be associated with your activity.

Financial Incentives

We do not currently offer financial incentives, price differences, or service level differences related to the collection, retention, or sale/sharing of personal information. If we offer such programs in the future, we will provide a description of the material terms as required by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” below indicates when this policy was last revised. Your continued use of our services after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
